The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the HR Market Lead, Thailand to support overall Talent Acquisition activities in the country, and collaborate with the Sr. Talent Manager, SEAO based in Singapore to support implementation of the Talent Acquisition strategy in the region.

**HOW YOU CAN CREATE IMPACT**:

- Ensure success by providing the best talents in a timely manner to appease the business needs, while nurturing your pipeline for long term success.
- Bring value in terms of strategic partnership with the business by providing market and talent insights to Hiring Managers and HR community.
- As an internal sourcing expert, you will oversee pro-active searching in our database and via external channels for talents of diverse backgrounds that will enrich our organization.
- Use our systems and tools diligently and responsibly to ensure healthy analytics, transparency, and consistency.
- Manage Recruitment Agency engagement, contractual agreements, and performance review.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience ideally within a matrix, fast-paced organization; Retail/Luxury experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and experience in local practices in Thailand is crucial.
- Flexibility/Adaptability to work in a diverse and inclusive organization
- Can navigate and master the various online and offline sourcing channels
