**LOCATION**

This position is located at Aman Nai Lert in Bangkok, Thailand.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

As Human Resources Coordinator you will work under the general guidance of the Director of Human Resources and be responsible for supporting the HR team on their day to day operation. Also coordinating the administrative support to the Human Resources team in accordance with the Hotel’s standard and procedures and to ensure that staffing needs are met in a timely manner, and fully utilising the HR Information Systems.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Works with our HR Information Systems and ensures all information is accurate and well maintained.
- Identifies and reports system issues & follows through to resolution
- Ensure up to date and accurate information is fed into the Human Resources Software.
- Supports with the updating and administration of the Internal HR
- Takes care of administrative duties and reporting for the department.
- Supports other HR team in other specialisms (Talent, Learning & Development) as required
- Ensures confidentiality is maintained at all times and provides information only to those with a need to know.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You must be capable of managing multiple tasks for multiple hotels/ business units at any one time.
- You are excellent at building relationships, attentive and can strike a rapport with people enabling you to influence at all levels
- You have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and have the courage to challenge others where necessary.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to be flexible, adaptable and work effectively in and across international teams.
