Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing the drafting, revision, and compilation of human resources rules and regulations. Implement and oversee the implementation after approval.
- Establish and improve the human resources system in Thailand, including recruitment, training, cultural activities, compensation and benefits, and promote its execution.
- Handle the procedures related to the entry, exit, social security, tax filing, salary payment, etc. for employees stationed in Thailand.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superior leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in human resources in the internet industry.
- Extensive hands-on experience in various modules of human resources, with proficiency in recruitment and familiarity with relevant national and local policies, laws, and regulations in Thailand.
- Possess excellent management skills in planning, organization, coordination, and innovation.
- Be proactive, have strong learning abilities, and able to adapt to the work pace of an internet company.
- Proficient in Chinese, Thai, and English. Thai-Chinese background preferred.
Pay: ฿40,000.00 - ฿100,000.00 per month
