- Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
- Use social media to communicate with staff internally.
- Deliver presentations at organizational events, such as your company event as per assignment.
- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across departments of the organization.
- To lead GM PA on town hall communication.
- To lead company events i.e. Mini Celebration Events Staff Party, Pre National Convention, National Convention by getting supporting from OD team + other company Events both Abdulrahim office and Factory.
- Health & Wellbeing Program in the office i.e. WFA Policy Policy, Happy Wednesday, and COVID - 19 Matters.
- Lead cross functional team for safety program in the commercial office.
- Employer Branding Program as per deployed by ISEA plan. About you - Bachelor's degree in any fields.
- 5 years experience in HR field, preferably in engagement and Internal communications.
- High level of inter-personal skill, open minded, flexibility, stakeholder management and think out of the box.
- Good skills in communication and presentation, time management, prioritizing and delegating work, teamwork, problem solving and decision-making.
- Good skills in communication design, MS PowerPoint are advantage.
