- Collect customer information in the market and build customer files.
- Frequently visit and support key customers, including decision makers and key personnel.
- Identify customer needs and pain points and provide timely and effective support and service.
- Respond quickly to customer requirements and provide timely solutions.
- Identify and pursue project opportunities to meet pipeline targets.
- Achieve sales targets as required.
- Plan, manage, and update projects effectively.
- Responsible for bidding, signing sales contracts, and following up on delivery and cash collection processes.
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Marketing, or Sales field.
- 3-5 years of work experience in CCTV, access control, or security solution projects.
- Experience in bidding for SMB projects and key account management.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented.
- ** English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level
- ** Other Language**: Chinese
- ** Working Hour**: 09.00 ~ 18.00
