The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a strong business acumen.
**Responsibilities**
**Identify New Business Opportunities**:
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential new clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide timely responses to client inquiries.
**Sales and Revenue Growth**:
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by closing deals and expanding accounts.
- Develop and present tailored sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
**Strategic Planning and Execution**:
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Implement strategies to increase the market share and maximize revenue in assigned territories.
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve products, services, and strategies.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team environment
Pay: From ฿25,000.00 per month
