- Key Account Manager is responsible for the acquisition growth of new brands and sellers in alignment with category management growth**Responsibilities**:

- Key Account Manager is responsible for the acquisition growth of new brands and sellers in alignment with category management growth. The key responsibilities are to:
- Hunt and acquire potential brands/ sellers inclusive of top brands/ sellers that contribute to category growth rate
- Incubate top brands and sellers
- Work and align with Category Director to plan category development in terms of new sellers/ brands growth and development, brand/ seller incubation plan and implementation
- Develop brand/ seller base and seller selling/ assortment, including supporting brands/ sellers to establish e-commerce shops on Lazada and verifying brands/ sellers’ identity
- Leverage online and offline channels to drive interest of SMEs to sell on Lazada
- Drive inflow through offline events and partnerships
- Cooperate with Sellers Operations and Engagement Team to organize offline events to increase awareness and knowledge about selling on Lazada
- Acquire brands/ sellers selling in different platforms
- Contact these sellers and scrape their shops if they agree to
- Identify sellers selling in competing platforms
- Ensure a smooth and easy brand/ seller sign-up through efficient processes and technology.
- Work with local institutions whether public or private to leverage on their ability to reach SMEs

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have)- Qualifications in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing
- 3+ years of proven business development experience in various industries including Electronics, FMCG, Health & Beauty, Mother & Baby, Groceries, Fashion, General Merchandise
- Strong relationship-building and management
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, good planning skill
- High levels of creativity and details orientation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English
- Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good levels of numeracy and data-driven
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; and strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done
- Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment
