Response for planning and achieve target of retail products i.e. deposit, bancassurance, and mutual fund including other investment products that will be proposed via branch.
- Expand new customer base and increase product sales volume according to sales target.
- Plan marketing and conduct marketing activities according to the Bank's policy to promote financial products and cross sell to meet sales target.
- Visit and follow up with customers to do cross sell and inspect the customer issue and obstacles of using the services for improvement.
- Maintain customer base and build relationship closely with existing customers as well as follow up on the movements of customers regularly.
- Supervise and monitor product management of other business activities as assigned by supervisor.
- Provide advice and consult on financial services to customers in terms of deposits, investments and credits.
- Participate in public relations activities of the Bank.
- Ensure that operation at branch run smoothly and be under the Bank’s and related parties regulations.
