You will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operation of all actual and new branches are managed successfully. You will be able to monitor cost and food standards as well as regularly inspect kitchen areas and equipment to ensure quality control and hygiene standards of all branches.
This role requires someone highly energetic with excellent productive, organizational, and lead execution skills.
- To ensure that the all the outlet runs at an acceptable food cost
- Maximizes staff’s productivity to minimize payroll cost
- Monitors in kitchen related costs and recommend changes to outlet kitchens where appropriate
- Ensures in outlet kitchens to established standards and policies
- Monitors food hygiene standards in all kitchens and outlets
- Identifies market need and trends in terms of food
- Analyze menus and products of competitors
- Recruits and selects employees
- Trains and develops each chef so that they can operate independently and creatively
- Establishing effective training programs for their employees
- Inspects kitchens, outlets and storeroom to observe production and preparation methods, as well as sanitation and hygiene.
- Meet regularly with Operation Manager to discuss special promotions.
- Idea menu based on available food, season and estimated business etc.
- Recommends changes or replacement of equipment.
- Meets with suppliers when possible and studies market trends for new equipment and products.
- Develops new menus based on monitoring guest orders.
- Ensures kitchen employee prepares quality food.
**Requirements and Skills**
- Local talents preferred
- Proven work experience as a Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef or similar role
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
- Able to travel and work in different branches
- Good command of English, and computer literacy
**Experience**:
- culinary management: 3 years (required)

- English and Thai (required)
