Customer Experience Division Manager

**Job Purposes**:
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
1.Develop understand and communicate relevant trends to center management areas to include sales, forecasting & reporting and general issue’s
2.Develop individual marketing campaigns for Branch as required
3.Develop and execute omni communication, branding strategy, and content creation to serve target customers.
4.Monitoring and responsible all marketing concerns both strategic and operation.
5.Develop brand roadmap and annual marketing communication plan as well as determine the mix of tactics, activities and communication materials to strategically promote our branch target market.
6. Implement and manage all brand & marketing communication activities and tools covering both online, off-line, and on-ground platforms i.e. advertising, digital PR & campaign, point-of-sales promotion, exhibitions and fairs, etc.
**Qualifications**:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, or related field.
2.Minimum of 3-5 years of responsible experience in a related field
3.Able to work and travel to upcountry
4.Strong interpersonal and good analytical skills
5.Expert of Microsoft offlice
6.Can Drive be advantages
