We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Customer Service Executive** to join our Learner Service Department. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our students and prospective learners, ensuring a positive and enriching experience throughout their journey with PrepEdu.

- Department: Learner Service Department
- Reports to: Learner Service Manager
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand
- Type: Full-Time
- Working hours: Monday Saturday Morning
- Salary (excl. commission): ฿15,000 - ฿25,000

**Key Responsibilities**

**Student Support and Engagement**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for students and prospective learners, providing prompt and accurate information about PrepEdu’s IELTS courses.

**Enrollment Assistance**:

- Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring all their questions are answered and their concerns are addressed.
- Assist with the completion of enrollment forms and the submission of required documentation.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, fostering a supportive and welcoming environment.
- Follow up with students to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on customer service activities and identify customer insights and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
**Language Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in English (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent) is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or student support role, preferably within the education sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management is a plus.
- Preferred: Demonstrated track record improving customer service performance.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
