Your Role:
- Responsible for providing spare parts and service fee quotations to customer in a timely manner
- Coordinate with customers, In-house service engineer, field service engineer and other departments for a smooth workflow and operation
- Follow up on PO and issue invoice and credit note to customers
- Perform various coordinating tasks along with administrative duties like maintain report and project documentation
- Arrange flight, transportation and accommodation booking for business trips for Service Manager
- Completes minute of meetings, collect and prepare data for weekly report, meeting and other project or ad-hoc reports
- Prepare and coordinate schedule and hospitality arrangements for visitors and guests of service team
- Other administrative, projects or tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
- Good communication, interpersonal, collaborative, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details and able to multi-tasks
- Good command of English
