**Responsibilities**:
Support for Sales & Marketing Activities:

- Assist the Marketing department in coordinating and following up with the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure seamless internal communication flow and integration of key priorities to deliver business objectives.
- Manage event documentation in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team.

Financial Coordination:

- Work closely with the Finance and Procurement departments to monitor payments to suppliers, vendors, and business unit members, ensuring timely processing and compliance with financial policies.

Document Management and Coordination:

- Coordinate, prepare, gather, and maintain necessary filing or distribution of documentation, reports, and data for the Sales & Marketing teams as assigned, ensuring completeness and accuracy in line with internal policies, SOPs, and government regulations.
- Prepare assigned reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Administrative Support:

- Provide designated services and support for each department within the organization.
- Organize and service meetings.
- Prioritize workloads and manage administrative systems.

Expense Management:

- Log and process bills or expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial procedures.

Special Assignments:

- Provide support for any special tasks assigned by the management, contributing to team efforts as needed.

**Required Education, Experience and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within a Sales & Marketing department in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with industry regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- High proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
