**Position**: APAC Rx Distribution Warehouse Manager

**Location**: Lad Krabang/Bangkok, Thailand

The EssilorLuxottica business environment is evolving and customer order fulfillment is essential to customers’ satisfaction and loyalty. The EssilorLuxottica integration and new technology availability open opportunities for new business models roll out such as full equipment, integrated customer supply chains, WMS, mobile shelving, among others. As such, standardization of APAC Warehouses operations is key to support, to roll out and to scale up these new distribution models and technologies.

The position holder is to coordinate and drive the continuous improvement actions related to warehouse performance and distribution performance in APAC in order to improve service to customers and distribution cost - with strong focus on warehousing costs. The incumbent is in charge of coordinating efforts directly with the local Warehouse managers in each entity, every sub-region in APAC.

The scope requires ensuring that DC costs objectives, particularly Warehouse cost, NLH are met in each stock points and DC in each entity - the incumbent actively supports Finance APAC to track and analyze DC/WH costs.

The APAC Rx Distribution Warehouse Manager coordinates and drives APAC footprint on all stock points, with and without edging, making sure each region is following, respecting, driving footprint objectives that has been defined. The incumbent is also responsible for diffusing, applying, and enhancing Warehouse referential to each entity.

The incumbent manages a local CI expert who provides assistance in the delivery of the tasks. The position holder works very closely with the APAC Transportation Director. The position reports to the APAC Rx Head of Supply Chain.

**Main responsibility**:
Drive clear distribution roadmap target & footprint evolution aligned with business models of commercial streams.

Drive the analysis and tracking of new footprint benefits (service/cost/quality)

Organize and Lead regular steering committees with main stakeholders

The EssilorLuxottica expert in warehouse operations and management, lean management

Contribute to develop standards for WW Warehouse referential in coordination with WW SC

Build the deployment road map of the Warehouse referential for the APAC region: Prioritize WH, ensure local resources availability, and validate implementation time line with Country/Regional Operations Managers/VPs

Review and validate the Short Term (3 mo.) / Mid Term (6-12 mo.) / Long term (18-24 mo.) action plan with the local CI.

Follow up the savings on Distribution costs for Warehouse with APAC Finance and ensure deviation from budget are addressed through action plans

Support & review each entity in the Budget and Forecast preparation

Participate in the definition of functional requirements of IT solution for the above processes.

Contribute to the technological watch regarding warehouse equipment (shelves, trolleys, mobile scanner, automation, packing and sorting machines, etc.), and participate to the specification of these equipment for EssilorLuxottica/APAC in collaboration with other stakeholders such as GE or WWSCP.

Throughput / Lead-Time (average number of hours from received orders to shipping)

**Qualifications & Work Experience**:
Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics or any related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations Management or logistics activities.

Expert in Warehousing Management and highly competent in Lean/CI, Change Management, Analytics, Cost Control, Project management, Warehouse Management Systems.

Good communication & influencing skills.

Proficient English communication both written and spoken
