**Job Description**:
This role is required to provide sales leadership for developing existing and new market sales related to Cx/Rx business in all CX/RX sales channels.
He / She is required to lead and support our highly driven team of sales channels who will be focused on in market sales & demand generation in all CX/RX sales channels.
Job Requirements:
- Supervise and work with 5 sales managers (Key Account, Traditional drug stores, ethical, e-commerce, Trade marketing).- Leads the development of Sales Plan for own market, in line with global regional strategic direction; aligns own unit with other units, functional, local and global.- Develops sound data-based business plans and recommendations, with short term and long-term strategic alignment and in full understanding of in market conditions- Develops innovative, cross functional, long term business plans that create sustainable advantages in the market.- Coaches and guides others in building relationships and in broadening their perspective beyond their own interests, function and area of control.- Recognized by others, both internal and external to Galderma, as a key contact and influencer within Galderma.- Constructively and effectively reaches out to internal and external stakeholders to gain input well in advance of potential conflict resulting in productive and proactive decision making and execution of Galderma’s objectives.- Coach others to manage the dynamics of conflicting interests and on the benefits of maintaining local and Global alignment.- Maintains influential relationships with many c-suite stakeholders and other key customers.-
- Guides and improves other’s ability to undertake complex and contractual business negotiations with major and strategic customers and establishing long term win-win arrangements.- Sets customer performance targets, and coaches individuals on how to select 4P / 3Ds opportunities, and to deliver effective execution of key account plans.- Coach others in the ability to provide creative solutions to the customer, by adopting consumer offerings and insights that effectively satisfies our customer's needs.- Integrates customer, category and consumer understanding to identify set customer performance targets.- Closes category and store product opportunity gaps to maximise profitability for Galderma and the account.- Develops highly effective selling story and gains agreement from the account to change.- Always delivers excellent in-store execution.-
- Proactively analyses and recommends cost effective promotional strategies and targets Galderma NPD and core range account opportunities that maximize Galderma and account profitability.- Monitors and evaluates compliance and takes timely corrective action where necessary.- Regularly benchmarks versus best practice.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field- Minimum of 8 years of proven sales experience in quota driven role with preference given to experience in FMCG, consumer health and/or dermatology experiences is required- Commercially driven/ results oriented- Affinity for dermatology or skincare products
