**Assistant Warehouse Manager (FMCG)**

Our client is the well-known multinational consumer product FMCG Company. The company is looking for Assistant Warehouse Manager to assist the Warehouse Manager in the Warehouse Activities Planning, Management and Improvement for the overall warehouse operation and transportation, current and accurate inventory control, SAP/WMS system management

**Report to**: Group Warehouse Manager

**Location**: BangNa

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the warehouse manager for all distribution warehouse management, planning, organizing and supervision of the operations from receiving, storing, shipping, order fulfillment and handling returned products, maintenance and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in our stock management system to ensure correct stock levels are on hand.
- Maintaining budget objectives, advice and direct all warehouse staff to ensure the efficient and effective operation and utilization of the facility and skill development.
- Plan and adjust manpower needs based on sales forecasts and input from management
- Monitor the space layout plan to ensure it continues develop a space utilization to meet prescribed cost and standards.
- Develop and implement an effective product locator system and update as necessary.
- Direct programs to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment and property including provide safety instruction to personnel as needed
- Review, suggest and implement improvements to inventory management and process.
- Continually maintain a professional relationship with all internal/external customers and audit operation to ensure service standards are being met
- Ensure the creation of the necessary warehouse information systems to meet company objectives and facilitate the efficient operations of the warehouse

**Qualifications**:

- Thai nationality, Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Supply Chain, Logistics, Administration or related field
- 5-10 years related experience of Warehouse/DC Operation Management, Inventory Management Control, warehouse improvement project and System Development in FMCG, Healthcare, Retail, Trading, 3PL warehousing services or related.
- Effective decision making, planning, and analytical skills proficiency in WMS, SAP, MS Office.
- Strong understanding of inventory management system, WMS and SAP
- English Communicable.
