**Wearhouse & Distribution Manager**

(_Thailand_)

Support operations in part of Warehouse & distribution section to achieved business goal and continue to control cost saving etc.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Set KPI’s of department comply with policy of the company and follow up, evaluate and monthly, yearly measurement.
- Plan the inventory management to the appropriate level.
- Control outside / Expense for outside and inside storage for keep the product.
- Monitoring and report expired goods and in efficiency goods Monthly / Quarterly and Yearly.
- Budget planning in advance, follow up use and control all expenses under the budget.
- Plan monthly count stock and document report for monthly, quarterly and yearly count stock.
- Checked record of export and import document in the system.
- Checked, Confirmed and do post goods issue in the system for export order.
- Do the complaint report from Puratos groups, import shipment in case have damage goods or NC product.
- Recruiting external providers related to warehouse and distribution such as transportation companies used to transport goods, External storage warehouse, Service provider for maintenance installation
- Prepare summary and analyze shipping cost.
- Provide weekly, monthly report.
- Find and analyze problem and find the solution to solve the problem in department.
- Improve and development working process and find the way to increase storage capacity.
- Yearly training plan for worker and follow up.
- Participate within direct reports and support groups especially from Quality department.
- Fully support the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, RSPO, Halal requirements and other necessary system of the company
- Perpetuate Puratos Magic within the team.
- Control all expense under the budget and actual sale.
- Respond to report problem of food safety issue to food safety team through channel as assigned.
- Follow the instructions that have been assigned.

**Profile**
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in food manufacturing
- Strong planning and management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Computer skills, including proficiency with SAP System.
