**The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics planning, and team leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles, warehouse management systems (WMS), and a proven ability to optimize operational efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Manager will lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team, drive process improvements, and maintain a safe and compliant work environment.**:
**What You'll Do**:
**Operational Excellence**:
- Manage and control all warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to optimize warehouse performance.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce costs, minimize lead times, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Proactively identify and resolve warehouse-related issues.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing safety standards and procedures in compliance with all relevant regulations.

**Team Leadership & Development**:
- Develop, coach, and train warehouse staff to enhance performance and build their capabilities.
- Foster a positive and high-performing team environment.

**Technology & Systems**:
- Monitor and manage Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Coordinate with Regional Teams to address WMS-related issues.

**Stakeholder Management**:
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Key Account Managers (KAM), Sourcing, Customer Service, Marketing, and other relevant departments.
- Monitor customer requirements and ensure the highest level of service quality.
- Conduct thorough investigations and implement solutions to address customer concerns.

**3PL Management**:
- Monitor 3PL performance and quality to enhance customer experience.

**Planning and Management**:
- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation activities in alignment with production plans and company targets.
- Manage warehouse inventory, WMS program, tracking and tracing, and control stock levels with delivery KPIs.

**Compliance & Safety**:
- Supervise and ensure that all team members adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet company objectives and maintain safety standards.

**S**upplier & Customer Relations**:
- Contact and negotiate with suppliers and business partners, while also building relationships with customers.

**Financial Management**:
- Analyze costs and control profit and loss, including investment planning.

**Space Management**:
- Monitor and be responsible for warehouse space management, ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to international standards.

**Continuous Improvement**:
- Continuously monitor roles and work areas, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while complying with company and legal safety requirements.

**Performance Tracking**:
- Track performance metrics and follow up on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure accountability and progress.

**Reporting & Analysis**:
- Prepare regular reports for management, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement.

**Other Duties**:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Operations.

**Who You Are**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineer, Logistic management, supply chain or any related field
- At least 7 years' experience in Fulfillment, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Direct experience in Ecommerce, 3PL business
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
- Strong communication in English language is a must
- Data analytical skills
- Strong leadership and presentation skill
- Project management and process improvement strategies
