We have an exciting position available to join our Asia-Pacific Dealer Development and Customer Experience regional team.

As CRM & Customer Experience Project Manager you will play an active role in developing, delivering and governing key processes in the field of Customer and Dealer Experience.

You will support the development of the Regional Headquarters, with particular attention on the governance of the digital infrastructure, to provide a centralized view of the customer.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure the successful management and improvement of the CX in the APAC Region, coordinating the Subregions and ensuring a perfect alignment with the local strategies.
- Assess the infrastructure of corporate information systems to make the most of existing technological assets in implementing new processes or optimizing existing ones.
- Work closely with the Department Manager in transforming business needs in implementation projects and activities, identifying the best solution within the standards.
- Ensure the alignment of what has been designed with what exists or can be implemented with the existing technological infrastructure

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Preferred degree in Economics, Business Information Systems, Sales and Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in customer experience management.
- Experience in managing large programs of change across business divisions.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce or other similar software packages to manage customer data and interactions.
- Fluency in English (oral and written communication).
