Our client is a leading Southeast Asian food manufacturer and distributor based in Thailand listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. They are looking for an HROD Manager to join the company.
- Being responsible for overall aspects of HROD, OKR, People Development.
- Enhancing knowledge sharing culture among employees also build up adult learning in working atmosphere.
- Creating and designing learning and development curriculum and able to track pre and post learner’s performance.
- Initiating the competency assessment and create follow up or tracking process which can be ensured that all necessary knowledge and skill are full filled to employee to work effectively and efficiency.
- Planning the implementation and facilitation of training & development activities, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
- Setting up leadership or executive/management development programs for employees who aspire to move up in the organization. These programs are designed to develop or “groom” leaders to replace those leaving the organization and as part of a corporate succession plan.
- Establishing and enhancing the new perception, new corporate culture, and professional behaviors to all employees.

**Qualifications**
- Thai only. 30-38 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Organization Development.
- At least 5 years of experience in HRD, Organization Development, OKR, People Development and Internal Communication and familiar with muti-tasking skills.
- Good at planning and can perform multiple activities successfully.
- Excellent Presentation and Communications Skills both Thai & English.
- Experienced in FMCG (Preferably).
- Excellent interpersonal skill and serviced minded.
