- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans at the targeted customers.
- Develop and implement appropriate channel strategies to ensure effective and efficient coverage of all customer segments and merging customers.
- Develop and implement resource deployment plans, sales management systems and tools to achieve high sales efficiency.
- Ensure effective collaboration with regional Market Development Team and other departments Go-to-market approaches, margin management and value creation
- Develop and implement appropriate promotional activities, i.e. product brochures, customer workshops, trade shows, seminars, social media based marketing activities etc.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to maximize margin.
- Adapt and develop business models based on company product portfolio, market positioning and other competence for value creation appropriate to market development and customer needs Market intelligence
- Establish and capitalize relationships with key stakeholders such as trade association, opinion leaders and partners.
- Collaborate with Product Stewardship and other teams in responsible market ensure appropriate registration of required product portfolio
- Create and implement clear target and expectations for subordinates and team members to ensure business target.
- Actively coach and guide team members for competence development, work efficiency and achievement of results to be update

- Bachelor's Degree in health related sciences
- Exp in Healthcare/Medical Equipment
- Strong in English
- At least 5 years from sales management related product.
- Able to travel nationwide and overseas as required.

- Proven excellent work track in previous sales experiences from Healthcare Business,
