- Job Description**Job Purpose**:
- Responsible for providing leadership in promoting organizational culture, developing, and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, recruiting, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, organizational training and leadership development, compensation, and benefits.
- Responsible for providing key thought leadership, influence, and hands-on engagement to ensure effective deployment of the human capital agenda to achieve business results; partners with business leaders and peers to grow the business and ensure organizational capability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Develop and communicate positive employee relations strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence.
- Assess organizational climate through employee surveys and focus groups.
- Analyze information and identify workplace improvement needs.
- Improve recognition programs based on current business needs.
- Establish and implement HR initiatives that effectively communicate and support PHC strategic vision.
- Develop global HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Develop plans and drive training for employees aligned with business goals.
- Build relationships with senior leaders to establish credibility as a trusted advisor to influence and support key strategic and operational decisions.
- Drive organizational improvements and decision-making by translating the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategy and operational plans.
- Promote awareness and facilitate the adoption of HR policies and practices, while educating leadership regarding HR capabilities and function.
- Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization for positions of responsibility.
- Develop succession planning, career development and performance management processes with results aligning with the company’s goals.
- Develop long-term relationships with organizations and individuals that will enhance the talent pipeline flow toward the company.
- Market PHC as an employer of choice.
- Identify training needs and help design curriculum.
- Coach senior managers and middle managers to create a highly effective management team that promotes a strong growth-oriented and high-performance culture.
- Develop human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for the filling of the gaps.
- Salary & Benefit Budgeting
- Development of progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance and to provide programs which utilize an employee and company partnership for the short and long-range health and welfare protection of the employees.
- Enhancement and/or development, implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and mentor human resources and training staff.
- Maintain current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws regarding human resources and training.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree required. Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Labor Relations or Organizational Development strongly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years business experience with a minimum of 10 years of human resources executive experience in a multinational organization. Experience in diverse workforce and cultures, high growth, acquisitive companies. Experience either in healthcare, logistics, and consumer goods business is preferred.
