Insurance- Job purpose:

- the Vice President supports and assists in supervising Section Managers in the overall management of the Business Development Department (Key Account Section, Pharmacy Section and Clinic Management Section) through strategic planning, execution and demonstrating a commitment by great collaboration with both key customers and all internal team leaders to meet the company’s goal including study and analyze new business to find new business opportunities.
- Lead, Motivate and Develop team to ensure the delivery of the company's sustainable future growth.
- Key Responsibilities:

- 1.Key Account Management Section- Develop the initiatives to support customer’s requirement
- Deliver the improvement in the operation to support the key customers
- Enhance the relationship with the key customers

2.Pharmacy Section- Maintain the operation procedure to make sure the pharmacy business can run smoothly and professionally
- Ensure that the pharmacy business strictly follows MOPH Regulation and Law

3.Clinic Management Section- Overall performance, management and financial goals while also building, maintaining a brand, products and services for 3 Clinics.
- Ensure the clinic business follows the rules and regulations of Thailand's law

4.People Management- Managing the team's performance and maximizing the team's productivity.
- Lead, Motivate, Develop and Coach team members effectively and keep a positive attitude.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- 【Must】- Male/ Female, Age 45 years up
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the insurance or healthcare field over 3 years
- Experience in management level over 7 years
- Excellent communication skills and can communicate in English at good level
- Strong Leadership skills, Creative thinking and good service-minded
- Strong presentation skills and can work independently
- Good in analytical skills and People management.**English Level**:
