**Vice President-Accounting (200K up)**

We are looking for a new management to join the top management team leading business growth both in the domestic & global market. Job Summary

This position bases in Bangkok, Thailand reporting to CFO and working closely with Executives to provide consultation on accounting related matters. Lead accounting operations to ensure accounting management efficiency and legal compliance. This includes accounting strategies to serve business, construction of the annual budget, ensuring that proper accounting policy and procedures are in place.

**Key Roles & Responsibility**
- Working with other members of the executive team to develop long-term goals for the company.
- Advise key members of top management on budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities, and policy matters.
- Manage all aspects of accounting operations including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and tax and financial reporting for the Group.
- Managing external auditor and any third parties to which functions have been outsourced.
- Preparing reports on the companys financial status to be distributed to stakeholders such as shareholders, creditors, or other interested parties.
- Monitoring compliance with laws and regulations regarding financial reporting and disclosure requirements
- Consulting with the chief financial officer (CFO) or other executives regarding financial decisions that affect the companys operations.

**Qualification and skills**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting. Masters degree in accounting or other related fields would be beneficial.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or related field with proven record on accounting management
- Audit background and regional/ global experience would be a plus.
- Stakeholder management skills and the aptitude to effectively manage and leverage stakeholders.
- Strong analytic, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable leadership abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to clearly explain sophisticated issues to a range of audiences.
- Certified CPA is an advantage.
