Our client was established by management with more than 10 years of experience in project management and construction management in the real estate industry from leading companies in the country. They have participated in the development of more than 20 projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing consultancy to the management in construction projects undertaken by the company to ensure they align with the company's goals and policies.
- Planning and controlling construction project activities to achieve the set objectives.
- Assisting in the process of selecting contractors and verifying quotations.
- Taking responsibility for completing construction tasks according to the established plans.
- Monitoring progress and providing advice, suggestions, and guidance on various company projects related to construction activities.
- Coordinating with relevant departments, such as construction, marketing, sales, procurement, contractors, etc., to ensure continuous progress of construction projects and adherence to the company's budgetary constraints.
- Reviewing the accuracy of documentation to be submitted internally and externally, set standards and, formats, and estimating construction costs within the company's budgetary limits.
- Acting as a consultant, providing support, and resolving issues, as well as evaluating the performance of subordinates to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

**Qualifications**
- ** Age**:37 years old and above.
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
- **Professional license**:Must have a valid professional engineering license at least at the level of ordinary engineer (สามัญขึ้นไป).
- **Experience**:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably in residential construction.
