**Job Title**: Senior Business Analyst - Development

**Position Overview**:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join their development team in Thailand. The primary responsibility of this role is to create and implement deliverables for the integrated resort development opportunity in Thailand. This position requires effective communication in both Thai and English and the ability to work closely with the Vice-President of Strategy & Operations and the core Thailand development team.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop, manage, and coordinate deliverables related to development efforts in Thailand, as directed by the Vice-President of Strategy & Operations and the Thailand development team.
Coordinate project initiatives across multiple departments and lines of business.
Manage external consultants and vendors to develop market-specific business intelligence and other materials that support business decision-making.
Participate in business strategy discussions, including the opening of an integrated resort in Thailand.
Create materials for the entertainment legislation process in Thailand, as requested.
Conduct and deliver market comparison analyses for Thailand, including entertainment revenue, visitation growth, tourism receipts, hotel statistics, and other relevant information.
Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly deliverables for meetings and updates to the Thailand development team.
Identify and engage with global and local consultants and experts as needed.
Respond promptly to requests from the Thailand development team and executive team, presenting findings as required.
Ensure compliance with global policies related to contracting, entertainment, and other areas.
Communicate effectively in both Thai and English, including translating Thai legal, business, and government documents into English.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
Thai nationals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Finance
5 years of experience in a similar field (business development, feasibility, consulting, finance)
Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal)
Strong presentation and communication skills
High attention to detail
Collaborative approach and good relationship skills (cross-regional, cross-departmental)
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to deliver timely materials and inputs (reports, papers, presentations, etc.)
Ability to work under stress and multi-task to meet tight deadlines
Hands-on approach to independently manage tasks
