- Assess land potentiality and conduct land acquisition.
- Conduct feasibility study for decision-making.
- Analyze and plan financial budget and controlled the budget for both short term and long term strategies.
- Create winning strategy to be ahead among the markets.
- Present plan and information to the senior management as well negotiate business deal with potential business partners.
- BA’s degree.
- An advanced degree (MBA, M.S., or MD) is preferred.
- High level of business and commercial acumen.
- Ability to think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Ability to work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
- Strong people management and professional relationship management with cross-functional parties.
- Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a highly consultative with proactive manner.
- Hands-on in analyst trends for business strategic planning.
- Passionate and self-motivated to assist with driving deals to a successful conclusion and to deliver quality results.
