**About this opportunity**:
Head of Deployment Center will manage overall Deployment for one of the biggest 4G-5G customer, TrueCorp in Thailand. This responsibility assumes the role of Contract Fulfilment to ensure continuity and alignment of contract terms defined during sales process through the program delivery and customer acceptance. **What you will do**:

- Manage overall the schedule and program management of RAN, Non RAN (e.g. Controller, EMS), SW Upgrade as well as Special projects (e.g. MOCN, Décor, Spectrum pooling, in-band upgrade)
- Manage teams of professional employees (customer project managers, project administration) with accountability for the performance and results
- Manage the ASP management team, work closely with CU sourcing to ensure ASP capacity and quality
- Improve delivery excellence from NRO automations, HW pre-staging
- Responsible for defining the Network contract execution strategy and associated risk exposure for a specific opportunity
- Persuade managers and leaders to take action and / or negotiates with external partners / vendors / customers
- Supervise all contractual obligations are fulfilled by Ericsson and the customer for the specific opportunity
- Ensure the good quality of delivery in order to achieve customer acceptance as per contract scope
- Take the role of Program CFR for deliveries, with ability to contribute to pre-sales activities
- Identify and drive potential Sales opportunities / add-on sales for the Network contract related to the specific opportunity
- Strengthen customer engagement, main interface will be TrueCorp Network Rollout and Network Consolidation

**You will bring**:

- 15 years of relevant experience in ICT Industry with experience in pre-sales and service delivery
- Knowledge of Ericsson Network Services business, rollout processes (XLPM, NRO, NDT), stakeholders (Customer, CU, Market Area Service Lines, Managed Services, Supply, Sourcing, external partners) in the ecosystem. Knowledge of product portfolio is an advantage
- Business leader with entrepreneurial and commercial thinking - responsible for end-to-end services business comprising of ongoing engagements as well as identification of new opportunities
- Accountable for financial performance of projects - Revenue, Margins, management of projects and financials in Global Chronos
- Compliance to company’s objectives - Project governance, XLPM cycle, Cost controls, Productivity, Planning, Lead time, Target Zero, CPPM controls
- Inclination towards Digitalization ambition of Ericsson and the unit - use of Ericsson tools, automations, identification of opportunities for efficiencies
- Required soft skills - Effective verbal and written communication, people leadership abilities in a matrix work environment with reporting of senior team members, decision making abilities, assertiveness
