**Head of Call Center & Consumer Engagement **provides proactive leadership in call center operations management, executes strategies to develop consumer engagement and manages total performance of the team to support achieving business development objectives.**Call Center Operation**:

- **Call Center operation in overview**: aligned with company direction, strategy planning & implementation to support business development
- **Call Center** **infrastructure** **& facility & system & technology**: for smooth operation and improvement
- **Improve calls performance**

**Outbound Operation** (Consumer engagement & sales)
- **Capacity planning, target setting** aligned with CARE objective
- **Manage & Support OB team to drive calls and sales performance** to achieve target

**Develop People**
- Coordinate with Customer Care team and prepare **Outsource training** for the whole team once a year
