HEAD Command Control Center will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining a vital level of competence to handle increasing Network Solutions Complexity and to translate it into simplified workable MOP’s for successful field deployments / integrations in Radio Access Network Domain. Good knowledge of Network Operation processes & their implementation, Sound Knowledge of converged networks

Ensuring the Network Quality, Network Performance, operational and financial performance of the Network Level 1, Level 2 assurance, Incident & Organisational Change securing those services are continuously available and delivered according to agreed SLA, WLA

The term competence readiness is the development and deployment of competence support methods (courses, documents, authorities, workshops, etc.) addressing the needs of relevant target groups within Ericsson

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager “HEAD Command Control Center (CCC)”, who will be responsible for analyzing current Gaps as per business outlook and develop a plan for addressing the competence requirements for successful Node Integrations, Network Quality, and Network Performance of Radio Access Networks (2G/3G/4G/5G), Microwave, Optical, Packet Transport for Rollouts and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. Be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technological opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions, proposals & ensuring Efficient execution & Acceptance i.e., E2E involvement from Initial Engagements till Final Acceptance.

Drive the delivery effort to make their work more efficient through adequate delivery tools, processes, ways of working, measurements & KPIs, job roles, competence models. You will support, deployment programs and common structures. You will also identify and implement improvements within the service delivery organization.

- Rollout of RAN/TX (commissioning, testing and integration) first time right
- Pre - Post CR Rollout Health Checks
- Customer concern to L2 in case of issues Pre - Post, During CR implementation
- Software Update/Upgrade Management
- RAN/TX analysis, debugging and rectification of faults.
- 24X7 Network monitoring & L1 Fault management RAN &TX
- 1st level Operations - Alarm management and Preventive maintenance execution
- 1st level incident resolution and Corrective maintenance support
- jNW Health Check execution & L1 Fault Management
- Near Real Time Network Quality & Performance Monitoring.

- 2nd Level operations - 2nd level incident resolution RAN/TX
- Advance to Customer support / 3rd level support RAN/TX (ERICSSON & Other OEM’s)
- RCA discussion internal and with customer on RAN/TX
- L2 RAN/TX Preventive maintenance
- Responsible for Node Acceptance RAN/TX (HO to Customer / MS)
- Weekly Customer Operation Meeting
- User Access Management
- To promote that properly handled competence development is an important factor for successful product roll-out
- To deploy competence readiness using available tools and processes for creating both informal (collaboration, re-use, authoritative contacts etc.) and formal learning (classroom, online courses and curriculum).
- HEAD Command Control Center (CCC) is the focal point of all network deployment and service operations activities and focuses on the key performance of the Level 1 & Level 2 assurance, KPI’s, Quality, Network Performance, Service Desk & CPM Operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The HEAD Command Control Centre (CCC) is E2E responsible for Rollout of RAN/TX (commissioning, testing and integration) first time right
- Secure that the competence development aspects are handled in a professional and commercially sound way for all products within assigned responsibility area
- Develop and review methods, processes and support systems for continuous operational development, control, and quality of work
- Technical Lead for Node Integration, Network Quality and Network Performance of Radio Access Networks (2G/3G/4G/5G), Microwave, Optical, Packet Transport & IPRAN
- Review Multi-Vendor / Multi-Domain - Technical Solutions, Scope for feasibility, interworking, risks & mitigations.
