**Sales Force Dashboard Management 50%**:
Business Systems
- Data management and maintenance of commercial relevant business systems (CRM-Boost Sales, SFDC; BI dashboards - SMD, Tableau) in close collaboration with IT
- Secure high quality, availability and access of secondary sales data to internal stakeholders and optimize data analysis, reports and utilization.
- Drive the data literacy culture and lead business meeting facilitation at country level
Sales Force Effectiveness
- Implement standardized SFE systems, tools, analytics, performance dashboards and quantitative and qualitative KPIs for sales force across the different BUs
- Drive sales force productivity and improve quality and transparency of resource allocation decision making by targeting & segmentation, territory design/alignment, FF capacity planning, product allocation, call plan design and monitoring, customer acquisition strategies and action plans, performance measurement and monitoring, FF ROI analysis etc.
- Work closely with cross-functions and IT to design & develop efficient commercial operation as well as aligning with local compliance regulations.
Sales Incentive Plan & Process
- Accountable to drive the full process Sales Incentive Plan from development, calculation, approval and accrual.
- Design sales incentive plan as well as drive implementation of processes aligned with company audit requirement.
- Work closely with commercial team, HR & Finance to ensure that the incentive plan and schemes are aligned with BU’s business objectives & key sales and promotion plan.
Boost Marketing Management
- Accountable to conduct Boost Marketing & Boost-related multi-channel digital initiative to increase customer reach & engagement
- Drive effectiveness of multichannel tools by integration of multichannel activities in commercial plan, transparency of digital customer contacts in CRM and synergies to FF activities.
Commercial & Business Excellence Strategy
- Implementation of commercial excellence projects & initiatives aligned with the company’s vision and strategy.
- Close collaboration with cross-functions & multi-stakeholders in creating holistic and solid implementation of commercial operations related matters.
**Sales Coordinator Support 50%**:
- Grant tracking through PEGA system as Grant coordinator role
- Provide logistics support for events and field trip i.e., meeting/event management for commercial team and HCPs by making travel arrangements which including ticket, lodging, transportation, etc. and assure that all processes are aligned with Company’s interaction policy.
- Consolidate data analysis, take control marketing/sales expense report, helping team monitor operational cost under budget.
- Prepare drug/medical device documentation for Tender/Enlisting and ensure all needed documents (i.e. Drug/medical device registration document/GMP/CPP/COA, etc.) are kept actively and upload to E-filing system
- Prepare drug/medical device quotation by coordinating with distributor to follow up and response to customers upon requests.
- Provide support E-procurement by using skill of negotiation, sourcing and selecting proper suppliers to support PSM team as cost effectiveness and process invoices payments for finance aligning with company rules/policies.
- Ordering and managing stock of promotional materials/gimmick for Med. Reps. and control promotional materials/gimmick supplies without short of stock at optimum cost
- Supporting RA team to prepare documents related for submission to FDA, COA translation, GR and Lot release.
