**What You Do**
- R esponsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing accounts to achieve sales target and business key performance indicators
- Maintaining loyalty of existing customers & dealers, also acquiring the new markets through the understanding of customers, business needs with consultative skills.
- Developing go-to-market strategies to approach existing and new customers & dealers in responsible channel
- Identifying and capturing market opportunities by identifying customer's requirements; competitor's analysis and establishing potential target customers & dealers
- Extracting customer's data and analyse purchase history to understand customer behaviour / trends to formulate compelling solutions to customers
- Executing sales & marketing activities with customers to achieve commercial result
- Managing the sale tender process together with customers & dealers
- Acting as an information channel between company and existing/potential partners
- Coordinating with both internal and external relevant parties to ensure smooth & effective cooperation
- Effectively utilizing company sales tools / data tools / CRM program for managing sales pipelines
- Initiatives / projects management as per assigned tasks from supervisor
**What You Do**:
**- Master or Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bio Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field**
- Experience in Sale Professional in Life Sciences or related industry is preferred.
**-Good communication both in English and Thai with strong Influencing skill**
- Analytical and good sense of commercial aspect
- Able to effectively prioritize and put plans into action
- Results-driven, self-starter, able to flexibly adjust to changes, trends and new technologies
- Strong negotiator and communicator across functions, hierarchies and geographies
- Bold and vibrant personality
