**Role**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Homerly International Senior Living located in Nong Pla Lai, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing, and advertising activities. They will develop strategies to promote the organization's products or services, identify potential customers, and generate sales leads. The Sales & Marketing Manager will also analyze market trends and competitor activities, and provide recommendations to improve sales and marketing efforts.

You must be somone who can form strong and genuine relationships with potential residents and/or their loved ones. You will be intrumental in the smooth onboarding of new residents, handing over acurate and organised information to our medical and operations teams. Reporting into the General Manager, you will form part of the companies executive committe, contributing to and implementing the short and long term goals of the business.

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and Thai language. Preference will be given to those also speak German or French
- Expereince with and knowlede of the European expat market
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in a similar care/resort enviroment
- Preference for exposure to operations in a 4/5* hotel or resort enviroment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and marketing software
- Knowledge of market research and analysis
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities

Pay: From ฿38,000.00 per month
