- As Head of Business Excellence and Execution, you will be responsible for devising and implementing marketing functional solutions that drive a scale and tangible impact. You will also provide ‘Thought Leadership’ abilities and expertise in shaping Brands and / or New Product strategies for a franchise as well as direct line management of a Brand Insights team to deliver tactical and strategic analyses for the portfolio as well as design, coordinate, support commercial business decisions identify potential marketplace opportunities. You will support sustainable growth in the region as well as to leverage strong commercial execution capabilities, provide expertise on specific areas such as Commercial Excellence, Digital and Launches while helping to co-ordinate and leverage the execution of commercial plans and growth initiatives across the region.**Your Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Business Partnering / Strategic Planning / Project Execution. Demonstrate clear understanding of the product (s) / business area strategic priorities. Lead implementation of digital / technology solutions. Partner with brand teams, product teams and franchise leadership in the development of the digital strategic and tactical plan aligned with their priorities.
- Establish and lead a team of key stakeholders.
- Build functional expertise and core business capabilities within a function.
- Develop and manage strategic planning effort to best support the franchise or function vision and roadmap through supporting activities.
- Build and maintain internal and / or external networks
- Provide input and guidance to the Data Strategy and Acquisition Lead on the development and maintenance of the data strategy for each brand /indication.
- Seek out and interpret key trends in digital marketing, in order to drive necessary focus and innovation for business growth
- Develop and implement digital solutions that focus on addressing patient needs and improving patient outcomes with a positive impact and return on investment for our business.

**Minimum requirements**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical or other related discipline.
- Sales leadership; Process management; Operations Management and Execution
- Leading large and/or diverse multi-functional teams
- Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key regional stakeholders
- Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry
- Proficient and fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written), with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Digital & Technology Savvy
