**Job summary**
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling human resource responsibilities across the complete associate life cycle for Thailand.
**Responsibilities**
Policies and Labour Compliance
1)Strong knowledge of local labour regulations and laws to ensure 100% compliance.
2)Create and update policies as per local labour law.
3)Strong knowledge of union processes
4)Maintaining and developing HR handbooks and policies ensuring these are up to date and aligned with global standards.
Thailand HR Support
1)Be first point of contact for associates day to day queries.
2)Be responsive to business needs to ensure information is shared in a timely fashion.
3)Case management support including note taking for Employee Relation cases diary management for meetings issuing relevant letters and ad hoc related activities.
4)Absence management and support for long term sick cases.
5)Involvement with training interventions and BU specific requirements.
6)Assist with onboarding activities for deputed associates and local hires including onboarding planning for D+ hires.
7)Conduct exit interviews and communicate data trends as appropriate
Engagement
1)Create and launch engagement programs to retain develop and motivate associates to achieve their full potential with a high level of engagement.
2)Arrange Townhalls HR connects BU newsletters BU and Corporate Induction
3)Promote the Cheers reward and recognition program
4)Partner with wider HR team on the creation launch and monitoring of Diversity and Inclusion programs across the business units in Thailand.
Performance / Career Development / Rewards
1)Data cleanse in preparation for cyclical activities

2)Assist associates with their queries in line with Thailand policy.
3)Interpret and implement organizational Policies

1)Prepare review and interpret data and provide reports to stakeholders.
