Business Development Manager

Today simply knowing how to list, ship and manage digital payments is not enough to differentiate brand online.

**About the Position**:
This role will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients. The role will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process as well as educating clients about our company's services in order to increase sales and develop strong relationships with new clients as well as maintain relationships with existing clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage sales management process - pipeline, account planning, CRM, and proposal to meet the target
- Prospect and pitch new business opportunities to meet sales target
- Research or market survey for new business opportunity, trend, and strategy for sales growth to meet sales target
- Set up and monitor commercial activities to meet or deliver target on sales budget, cost, volume, and efficiency target/KPI
- Monitor and report the process across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success
- Develop and maintain the customer relationship by excellently understanding the key customer or target audience to ensure their objectives are being met in order to retain business
- Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures in so far as applicable to all financial and non-financial transaction
**Qualification**:
- 4 years of sales or marketing experience, online sale marketing would be advantageous, lead generates, account management, Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, business development, trading, retail, distributor industry, and/or logistics is beneficial
- Responsible for end-to-end RFP preparation
- In charge of rate card and quotation preparation that ensure company profitability target is met
- Ensure follow up and the latest touchpoint of leads are being monitored
- Ability to feel comfortable in a high intensity, and international environment.
- Good presentation, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English
