**Position Overview**

We are looking for a motivated **Business Development Junior** to identify, connect, and secure partnerships with businesses across Bangkok. You will play a hands-on role in expanding our DOOH network, engaging directly with venue owners to showcase the benefits of partnering with Actify Now.

**Responsibilities**
- Generate a list of potential leads and business contacts in Bangkok.
- Visit stores, hotels, and condominiums to meet decision-makers and pitch ad space opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with partners and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Proactively develop business opportunities for our expanding DOOH advertising network.
**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic negotiation and contract management skills (a plus).
- Experience in business development, supply acquisition, advertising, real estate, or hospitality sectors (optional, but a plus).
- Thai language fluency is required; English proficiency is preferred.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to meet people on-site (travel across Bangkok will be required).

**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**
- สร้างฐานข้อมูลรายชื่อธุรกิจและผู้ติดต่อในกรุงเทพฯ
- เข้าตรวจเยี่ยม ร้านค้า โรงแรม และคอนโดมิเนียม เพื่อพบกับผู้มีอำนาจตัดสินใจและนำเสนอโอกาสและผลประโยชน์ในพื้นที่สื่อโฆษณา
- สร้าง พัฒนา และรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับพันธมิตรธุรกิจ พร้อมเจรจาเงื่อนไขทางธุรกิจให้เป็นที่ตดลงและพอใจทั้งสองฝ่าย
- กระตือรือล้นในการพัฒนาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ สำหรับการสร้างเครือข่ายโฆษณา DOOH ของบริษัทฯ
**คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร**
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง และ มีทักษะด้านการจัดการเกี่ยวกับนิติกรรมการทำสัญญา (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีประสบการณ์ในด้านการพัฒนาธุรกิจ การจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง การโฆษณา การพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือการโรงแรม (ไม่จำเป็น แต่จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี และเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านภาษาอังกฤษในระดับทำงานได้เป็นอย่างดี จะมีโอกาสได้รับการพิจาณาก่อน
