Lead the development and execution of service sales within Thailand. Develop and implement services strategy and develop country specific action plans to achieve short and long term business goals. Execute business development initiatives and improve customer-centricity, competitive position, market share and profitability in Vietnam.

**Business performance**
- Holistic understanding, accountability and development of whole new product competitiveness, growth and profitability
- Evaluate the results of new sales activities/contracts and identify recurring problems
- Set up country level management practices that drive increase in share of market, growth, pricing and pre-to-post performance
- Set country level targets, help in developing robust budget plans, continuously monitor financial performance and report results
- Drive short and long-term competitiveness based on global sales strategy
- Drive Business sales and go-to-market actions of services in collaboration with other Business stakeholders
- Collaborate with Regional and Global colleagues for best practice sharing
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement a strategy for new product that is aligned with the organization’s overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives Identify competence gaps and training needs in order to fulfil the business plan

**Requirements**:

- Background education with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 year experience in people manager role.
- Background experience in service sales/sales with Construction, building materials, HVAC, BMS or related industries.
- Full business line P&L responsibility at least 5 years
- Lead and develop operational and strategic
- Able to travel across Thailand
- Excellent Thai and English
- Matrix reporting and cross border customer relationship management.
