**Major Responsibilities**
- ** HCP Sponsorship & Wet sampling booth, Shelf Fee in hospitals**
- Creating a Project Plan and get all approval before starting the project/event.
- Creating EPR for Sales sponsorships, shelf fees, and wet sampling booths in Hospitals.
- Following up all support documents such as the proposal, the letter from the hospital, and the agenda which must be correctly documented and aligned with compliance.
- Creating new vendors by completing 2 screening processes in the system and completing document submission.
- Creating deviation forms in the system for every hospital and association because they are not accepted credit terms of 120 days.
- Drafting and getting approval of requesting letter for wet sampling booth in hospital.
- Drafting Invitation Letter for HCPs to sign which will complete all before sending to CFS to process payment.
- Following up Thank you letters or Receipts of all sponsorships, shelf fees, and wet sampling booth then send them back to CFS.
- **C/N of product return, HCPs New Account**
- When Sales Reps. creates an RCN I coordinating with ZPL for CN process and helps follow until complete.
- **Preparation for all Sales Team and New Hire of PND/MND**
- Preparing stuff for new joiners: vendor creation, UOB Credit Card, Name Card, CTE creation, Mobile, IPAD, phone, Computer, and Shared drive requests for new joiners.
- Supporting Onboarding process & Operation Stuff for new joiners.
- Supporting Sales Operations Stuff, Internal Sales events/meetings such as Cycle meetings, Sales Training, Business Review, etc.
- Arranging meetings, venues, meals, etc. for the ETH sales team.
- Operating Uniform for ETH Sales team and also NY Gifts for HCP.
- Maintaining and managing mobile phone, IPAD, and equipment for ETH-Sales Department, (purchasing, PR PO, preparing registration form: Receive - Return including payment process.
- **Support ETH Sales Director/Medical Director/Supply & Demand Director**
- Creating CTE for monthly expenses.
- Providing administrative support to all three Directors daily.
- Setting up some Meeting appointments for all three Directors.
- Arranging all domestic business trips for flights, limo, and hotel accommodations.
- Managing some ad-hoc work for all three directors.
- **Others**
- Announcing Staff Sales update and process for staff's new account for the first time.
- Consolidating monthly group product presentation, monthly listing fee, etc.
- Consolidating summary of Wet Sampling Booth, Shelf Fee and Sponsorship monthly.
- Consolidating Loan Outstanding and sending sales reps and SM by person monthly.

**Skill, Education, Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in an administrative or related field.
- Fair to Good in English.
- Computer skills (word, excel).
- Service-minded.
- Good communication.
- Fast learner.
