Job Summary
The secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation at the executive level.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and briefing papers for meetings.
- Maintain and organize executive files, documents, and records in both physical and electronic formats.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed to support executive decision-making.
- Assist in preparing expense reports and managing budgets related to executive activities.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in social, psychology or related fields
- Minimum 3 years working experience in secretarial or administrative role supporting senior management.
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office 365).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or relevant field preferred.
