- Schedule Management: Update or reschedule both Pull-in & Push-out as per customer requests
- Forecast Management
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure On-Time Delivery
- Documentation: Filing, Preparing documents for customers
- Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- 【Must】- Bachelor's degree in general business, marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of work experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Planning, Purchasing, or a related role
- Strong communication skills in English, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel, PPT)
- Ability to work independently under pressure, willingness to learn, proactive, with a high sense of responsibility and good business judgment
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of leading and motivating a team, and adept at problem-solving
