**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Customer Service Executive must be able to handle inquiries via all supported media channels both inbound and outbound services.
- The customer Service Executive is required to represent the organization appropriately to all guests and partners.
**Requirements**:
- Ensure service delivered to customer, partner and/or riders meets contractual KPI’s
- Clarify customer requirements; ask more questions to understand the problem better, use listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
- Demonstrate empathy while maximising opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
- Document all steps and information accurately without compromising quality of service.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
**Salary**: ฿11,215.66 - ฿22,000.00 per month
