Job Opportunity: Business Development Officer

Location: Kathu, Phuket.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct market research to identify trends and business prospects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements.

Develop and implement effective strategies to expand the business.

**Requirements**:
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential).

Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related field is highly desired (preferred but not essential).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for relationship building.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, data, and competitors to identify business opportunities.

Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts and agreements for successful business development efforts.

Networking Abilities: Skillful in networking to establish and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.

Sales Skills: Understanding of sales processes and techniques to effectively promote products or services and close deals.

Strategic Thinking: Capability to think strategically and develop plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.

Result-Oriented: A mindset focused on achieving specific targets and goals.

Adaptability: Ability to navigate rapidly changing market conditions.

Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing and product development.
