About The Role:
CrowdStrike is currently looking for a Channel Account Manager to help us design, build, and implement a successful channel strategy. Success in this position will require: building a strong, productive relationship with existing partners, strategic identification, recruitment & onboarding of new partners, a focus on growing our business opportunities within the Distribution/VAR/Reseller and achievement of a marked increase in the number of partner-originated opportunities/deal registrations within Thailand.

What You'll Do:
- Be the Channel Point of Contact for our Channel ecosystem ( VAR/SIs/Disty/ marketplace partners) in Thailand.- Develop a Channel business plan focussing on how to grow Partner sourced revenues for the year looking at channel capacity, channel coverage and channel competencies.- Identify, recruit and collaborate with partners in regards to successful engagement, launches, and enablement up to and including the delivery of sales, product and support trainings as required.- Drive programmatically and in a structured manner focussed initiatives and campaigns with Channel Partners resulting in partner originated leads & Deal registrations.- Sign off Partner business plan with identified key focus partners in the country.- Coordinate with Channel Sales Engineer and other resources on technical enablement for relevant partners. Develop technical enablement strategy that supports the channel sales strategy for the territory.- Support/facilitate engagement of our internal sales and technical teams with partners’ sales and technical teams.- Strategize/coordinate with field marketing on design and execution of marketing programs/events/campaigns to create interest & awareness among partners’ customers as part of channel led lead generation initiatives.- Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of industry, territory, existing and target channel partner accounts, & competitive landscape.- Maintain thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies/objectives, value proposition and competition.- Align and connect with product and operations teams to act as an internal expert on specific CrowdStrike Solutions.- Ability to travel across Thailand and SEA countries.

What You'll Need:
- 8+ years of experience across IT Channel Sales or Channel Manager role preferably from a software/SaaS business background (open to other IT solution areas too)- Strategic thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving as well as ability to generate ideas and solutions.- New partner development experience as well as experience with decision makers within current relationships within the Channel.- Ability to communicate with partners at all levels - from sales rep to C-level and business owner.- Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who is able to multi-task, work independently or within a team.- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.- Experience working with partners covering government vertical will be a plus
