**EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree in Science related field
- Minimum 3 years in selling function or sales specialist from Health Care Industry, **Dermatology / Beauty**

**Clinic experience is preferable.**
- Proven experience in KOL management, Product enlisting, Key Account Management plan
- Strong communication, driven and MS literate

**PRIMARY OBJECTIVES**:

- Assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals, targets and activities in assigned territory by identifying

opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining and growing existing business.
- Working closely with KOLs (Dermatology) in both Government and Clinics to maintain our strong leadership position in these key accounts
- Liaison closely with PM and reps to carry out aggressive meters placement for product users.
- To grow and expand assigned products and market share through new accounts opening in both Government and Clinics market.
- To support sales promotions & activities for channel specific and follow through on successful implementation.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Achieve the product/ team targets.
- Assist/participate Product Manager/Marketing Manager by providing information to develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising

and promotion.
- Provide support to the Product Manager/Marketing Manager in implementation of the product strategies in coordination with Sales Manager/Supervisor.
- Actively assist the Marketing Manager in arranging symposiums, seminars and exhibitions.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential account.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
- Maintain close relationships with key customer and ensure the company’s products are meeting their requirements.
- Address product complaints in a timely fashion and as per Policy.
- Assist new representatives by sharing product knowledge and information.
- Report market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management in a correct and timely manner.
- Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with WHO code, Thai code, relevant Acts, legal demands, Abbott code of conduct and ethical standards.
