Our client is a leading insurance company based in Bangkok. They are looking for a Head of CRM to lead the customer experience team. You'll be leading customer touchpoints strategies, roadmap and managing relationships with customers and partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and supervising various departments related to customer experience and touchpoints, and tech.
- Conducting strategy, direction and planning of the departments and manage relationship with customers, agents, partners efficiently.
- Planning, developing, and performing the marketing campaign, activation, operations related to customers through customer relationship management, customer loyalty management, and customer value management.
- Improving the end-to-end and holistic customer experience in every aspect.
- Initiating and driving new projects or business development to support company direction.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor or higher Degree in Tech, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong working experience in customer experience, customer product management, marketing tech or related fields at least 10 years.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skill.
