This site is the **integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center**. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.
**Manufacturing Plant**:The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.
**R&D Center**: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
**Job Description**:
- Be a partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals
- Performance management guidance to line managers includes planning for career development, coaching, counseling, disciplinary matters
- Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention in a wider and bigger departments and responsibilities
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
- Lead core HR processes across products (performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions)
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development
- Handle complex or sensitive day to day associate management issues
- Analyze of employee report and summarizing data (e.g. compensation and salary structures) guide decision making and provide proactive solution to management team
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Manage employee relations and collaborate with unions and involve negotiations, conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and agreements
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or higher in Political Science, Human Resources Management, Phychology, Business Administration or related fields
- Experience and Knowledge in Union management and Labor law
- Has experience and background in automotive manufacturing
- Good communicate and Collaborate with cross functional, Good team player
- Result oriented and able to work independent
- Good in English
