Key Account Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and take care of assigned product groups in the designated Modern Trade Account.
- Develop new projects in collaboration with customers.
- Represent the company to develop strong relationships with trading partners.
- Expand the customer base by acquiring new Key Accounts.
- Effectively manage Trading Terms within budget.
- Manage and develop a team to provide efficient customer care.
- Contact and coordinate the organization of promotional items to drive sales growth with customers.
- Provide detailed product information and specifications to build customer confidence.
- Collect and analyze sales and marketing data, and present summarized results to executives.
**Qualifications**
- _Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field._
- _Strong selling and negotiation skills._
- _Excellent presentation and communication skills._
- _Service-minded with a positive attitude._
- _Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and departments._
- _Minimum 1-year experience in Modern Trade sales._
- _Willingness to travel extensively within the country._
- _Construction knowledge is an advantage._
