**Job Detail**:

- Accounting Supervisor (25K-40K) (SDG-102803)
- หัวหน้างานฝ่ายบัญชี- 70% of task is review the document from subordinate and guide the work process for them-
- Check the recording of accounting transactions occurring in the operations of the head office. by checking related documents ,recording accounts received and paid into the accounting system according to account codes and department codes, including creating and Editing account codes in the chart of accounts to be correct according to accounting principles
- Prepare a report of accounting information in accordance with accounting standards and related laws and submit it to the report line to close the account.
- Check the preparation of the input tax and output tax report to comply with accounting standards and laws.
- Summary of monthly and quarterly income and expenses.
- Control advance expenses, accrued expenses and accounting adjustments to be accurate according to accounting principles
- Control the preparation of parcel accounts. by checking the head office inventory report that the accounting manager has prepared for accuracy and completeness.
- Checking petty cash documents and receipts.
- Check the accounting records for petty cash compensation at the head office.
- Monthly Prepare bank reconciliation and Value Added Tax Remittance( P.P. 30 )
- Review the outstanding debtor report at the end of every month.- Control and Check the list of assets of the head office in accounting terms by Editing, updating code information and details of assets.

There has been a change in the responsible person. Specify the location of use of the property.- Check the calculation of depreciation and the preparation of monthly property accounts to be correct according to the list of various types of assets.- Calculate and prepare taxation reports including input tax and output tax, tax invoices P.N.D. 1, 3, 53 and Value Added Tax Remittance( P.P. 30 )correctly and completely, along with attaching payment vouchers (PN) to the finance department to submit ta
- Calculate corporate income tax to deliver to Thai Customs according to form P.N.D. 51 and P.N.D. 50
- Submit documents, information, details regarding business condition inspections and tax refund inspections to the Thai Customs for inspection.- Accounting documents, related to outstanding receivables and outstanding check.
- Coordinate with external auditors by preparing the relevant information and documents.
- Team management skill
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 30 - 35 years old- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5 years in accounting fields with manufacturing company
- Experience in manage team and Review the documents
- Able to communicate in English for communicate with Japanese management
- Proficient in Microsoft office ex. Excel- Having SAP knowledge is preferable
- Leadership Skill
