Achieve the product/team targets.
- Assist/participate Product Manager/Marketing Manager by providing information to develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion.
- Provide support to the Product Manager/Marketing Manager in implementation of the product strategies in coordination with Sales Manager/Supervisor.
- Actively assist the Marketing Manager in arranging symposiums, seminars and exhibitions.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential account.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
- Maintain close relationships with key customer and ensure the company’s products are meeting their requirements.
- Address product complaints in a timely fashion and as per policy.
- Assist new representatives by sharing product knowledge and information.
- Report market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management in a correct and timely manner.
- Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with WHO code, Thai code, relevant Acts, legal demands, Abbott code of conduct and ethical standards.
